Registration

You will be registering for coastalnavigation.com through:

The tuition fee is $200.00 (Canadian), plus 13% HST.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.

Take advantage of our Partner Plan to register a second person residing at the same address. The registration fee for the second person is only $120.00.

The 2-person student kit contains 2 nautical charts, and 1 Quickplotter.

Advantage Boating is the Canadian agent for coastalnavigation.com. Located in Ottawa, the school was established in 1992. Today it's the largest sailing and boating school in the country.

Please follow these steps...

Have the following information ready:

	your full name
	address where you'd like your course material sent, including postal code
	telephone numbers, day and evening, with area code
	e-mail address
	Visa or Mastercard number, expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card

Go to the On-Line Registration Page. Click on "Register Today!", and follow the instructions to log in to your Advantage Boating account, or create a new account.

Call toll free 1-877-934-7245, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday.

e-mail the information, except for your credit card number. The School will then call you to get the payment information.

Student ID and Password

Within a few hours of registering, you will receive an email containing your student ID and password. These give you full access to the course material. Click the Student Log-In button on the Home Page and enter your ID and password to get access to the complete Table of Contents.

Student Agreement

By registering as a student, you are agreeing to certain conditions pertaining to copyright protection and limits to usage and liability. Please review this agreement.

Your Student Kit

Your student kit will arrive in the mail or by courier a few days after you register. The kit contains a nautical chart, and a course plotter.

If you're registering a "Partner", your kit will include two nautical charts but only one plotter.

Get Started!

You don't need to wait for your student kit to arrive to begin the course. The first few sections can be covered without the kit materials.
